Hey All...

Does the smy2d's second switch setting from top (neck PU only) combine the neck and bridge bucker or the neck and single-coil? I thought it was the two buckers but this guy reviewing it states otherwise..

I have a question - diagram says the middle position is just the single coil, but my SM-Y2d seems to have the middle single coil and one coil from bridge humbucker engaged in the middle position - why is that?

tap gently on the pup pole with a screw driver when guitar is connected to an amp.

you will clearly hear which coil is on or off by doing that. do that on each pups and you will gat an idea of your wiring ;)

if you guitar is second hand it might have been customized by the previous owner

I did that before so I know which coils are engaged. My guitar is not second hand
