Not really... Just looks like I have one already ;)

EB bass, strings, head and cabs...

SN850160.jpg

Just got the rig about a month ago, and have had about 10 full practices with it. I'm still learning all the tonal options, but I am loving it so far.

I got an incredible deal on it (am I allowed to post prices?), the entire rig, rack case, tuner, and furman, was all from the same guy, the original owner, and is MINT. Honestly it looks brand new. Came with the footswitch and he even had a cover made for it that he threw in.

My band was split up for about 6 months, and I haven't played a show in almost that long. We have gotten back together, and have a new drummer, and suddenly have 6 local shows booked (which is amazing for our location... there is NO music scene here in east texas, especially for Christian rock) over the next few weeks. Looking forward to unleashing the EB in a full force way on the people...

Anyway, just thought I would share :)
Next up is finding a used SR 4HH I can afford.

edit : sorry for the one and only shoddy pic, when I got to practice the other night my camera decided to die after one picture

I had that same head and cabs, and I loved the tone, but taking it from point A to point B was what killed me. Great sounding, excellently-built cabs, but they are mighty heavy... built like a tank though.

HA! Just the opposite for me, as they are a step down in size. The whole reason I got this rig is because it was lighter and more easily transported that my Ampeg 8x10 with yorkville xs800h head in a 6 space rack case. THAT was a beast and crazy heavy. Plus, unless I am playing outside, The ampeg rig never gets above 9 o'clock on the volume. The EB I can at least turn up a bit and get a decent tone.

I love it so far, and for $1000, I think I got a steal.
