I'm ordering a Silo Special, White, HSS, maple, hardtail, Vintage white perloid.

This is intended to be my main weapon in my extremely groovy funk/soul band, with the modern attitude of Jamiroquai and the vintage virtuousity of Tower Of Power as main influences. I will use this axe together with my Suhr Badger 30, hoping to get a more in-your-face funky tone than your average funk guitarist playing a Strat/Twin.

Boy....if it were a silo (non-spec), I'd say that you reached in my head. With the white/maple threads lately, I really love the combo you've chosen. I'm looking for that 24 fretter, so the only reason I'd make that small change.

So, how long is the delivery time usually?

My dealer is telling me "4 months". Does that usually mean "at maximum four months" or "at least four months"?

congrats as for delivery assume more time so you will not be disapointed but some say the wait is the cool part

What you plan to order sounds rather standard. I think you might just be able to find a dealer with one in stock rather than have to wait 4 months. Just a thought.
