So Wanting to learn some Steve Morse stuff

So coming off hand surgery and need to rebuild my hand strength, what are some good rocking Steve Morse pieces to learn (lets start with easy straightforward stuff lol). Right now have my eyes set on Name Dropping but haven't found any tabs/music for it yet

All suggestions appreciated!

Quit messing around and go for Tumeni Notes! :)

My two favorites: Highland Wedding and Night Meets Light...

Something like 'Simple Simon' or 'Sleaze Factor' have great riffs and are good learning pieces. Tab should be out there for both.

Maybe one off the new flying colors cd second nature.
I'd go with OPEN UP YOUR EYES.

I mean, everybody plays Steve's older stuff. J/K

I had a blast learning Stressfest recently. Fast and tough to play, but it's Morse so of course it is.

I've only bitten off a few and they're all graduate level. Some of them that even sound easy aren't.

I've played "Name Droppin" and it's not impossible. There's some youtube's of steve playing it that can help.

"The Easy Way" is the most inappropriately named song. It's easy except for some of those alternately picked arpeggios that Steve likes to do. However, if you're going to learn some SM you will have to attack this technique and this is a good song to do it. I used to do this in a band but ironically it was the bass solo that was too hard for us to make sound right.

It's taken me years to get it not-quite up to speed but I love playing On the Pipe.

Cruise Control, now that I think of it, is playable by mortals. Try finding a band to play it with you though!

I bit off Cruise Missile once...still haven't finished it.
