So what now?? My neck is so scuzzed out!!

I change strings about every three weeks, I clean with Murphy's oil soap...I mean I scrub the hell out of it, and I believe it's just beyond looking good anymore

Is there any 'miracle' solution to get that nasty staining off my once beautiful birdseye maple neck??

Some say it adds charater...I say it looks like crap!

Have you tried a little sanding? Steel wool? Handwashing before playing? Wonder Wipes after every playing session?

I had a pretty scuzzy neck on my Silo Spec when I bought it (used). Some Wonder Wipes and a little bit of effort got it looking and feeling great. (I don't mean to insinuate that you aren't trying. Just saying what I did.)
