I change strings about every three weeks, I clean with Murphy's oil soap...I mean I scrub the hell out of it, and I believe it's just beyond looking good anymore:(

Is there any 'miracle' solution to get that nasty staining off my once beautiful birdseye maple neck??

Some say it adds charater...I say it looks like crap!

Have you tried a little sanding? Steel wool? Handwashing before playing? Wonder Wipes after every playing session?

I had a pretty scuzzy neck on my Silo Spec when I bought it (used). Some Wonder Wipes and a little bit of effort got it looking and feeling great. (I don't mean to insinuate that you aren't trying. Just saying what I did.)
