So what's it like Being in the Battle and all

Hey I was just wondering, what's it like being chosen to play on Ernie Ball Stage and what is the process like in general. Do most of the bands get along or is there alot of tension, considering everyone wants to get picked? I've never been to Warped Tour so I'm not sure what it's like.
