So I finally got a chance to do some recording with my Morses (used the SM for rhythm, and the Y2D for lead/melody). The result is below. It's a video file but the video is just a picture of my Morse because using a video camera to film myself playing is far beyond my technical know-how. It's a song I've been working on but I haven't added any bass or anything, just drums (license-free loops) and guitar. Anyway, in case anyone is wondering if you can do metal with the Morse models, here's some proof! Make sure you stick past the 3 minute mark!

Yeah FantasyMetal! Sounds bery cool. I love the "loose-ish" tone (for lack of a better description) you have going on there. It definitely can do metal as you've proven. This seems like a fun song to jam to. Is this your Orange? I've been wanting to do some recordings but my efforts in garageband were horrible.

Nice stuff!

nice playing. both guitars sound nice and so does the set up you have going on. I have the tc flashback delay as well. pretty cool pedal.

Yeah that is the Orange Dark Terror, mic'd with an SM57 into a Lexicon I-Onix recording in Cubase 4 (for the metal one). The softer one was using an MXR Classic Distortion into the FlashBack through a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe mic'd the same way. I'm really not much of a lead player, as I have arthritis pretty badly in my left hand (don't know why it only affects my left hand, but it does!) and playing for more than an hour or so is excruciating. Anyway, glad you like them!
