I havent been posting much, but wanted to stop in. Been busy. Have a couple things keeping me really busy and am playing in a country band that is really picking up steam and big things seem to be coming. Working with some big names in Nashville, and look forward to the future.
Here are a couple good live shots. The StingRay 5 in Autumn Redburst is a very special bass to me.
Its been my main player now for 5-6 years. The Medallion Gold Sterling 5 is a fairly new addition, and is a great bass. Maybe a keeper.
At Cowboys in Dothan, AL. A couple shots of this show aired on TLC's show Bama Belles. There was a shot of me and my SR5 for about 1 second, on national TV!
With Johnny Lee Carpenter on fiddle. Band/live manager and fiddle player for Tracy Byrd for 20+ years.
NOTICE if you can, the extra pack of strings in case of emergency!! Fanboi!! Out doing it, spreading the word everywhere I go.
Heres the 9(ish) pound Sterling 5. Yes I know the technique sucks. This series of pics led me to work on that. Actually lowering my bass 3-4 inches got me right where I need to be with my hand placement. This show in memory of DHJ.
