so I'm out here @ the Gorge in George WA and I gotta say, there've been some stellar EBMM sightings.

20th SR, HS '06 Ltd, HH SR5, lots o' SR5s, and so on.

very cool to see(and hear).

anywho... back to the heat....

I played Thursday night and Friday morning/afternoon with Brian Doerksen

then..... completely out of the blue, long story waaaaaay short, my buddy who came down with me got to play 2 songs opening for Israel Houghton in the tent and then a 5minute, one song slot MADE FOR HIM on the main stage Saturday night!!!!

I produced his disc and we've only had hard copy of the thing for 7 weeks... he's an indie artist in every sense of the word but we had an opportunity to sit down with an A&R guy from Integrity who fully dug the disc/tunes/and my buddy Aaron and got him to get some time at the festival.... waaaaaaaay too crazy!!

well, it sounds like they definitely want us to play Creation Northeast next year and probably back to the Gorge for Northwest as well, if that's the case and you all are going.... let's meet at the RV and then see if they'll let uson the bouncy castle!!!

Just get your butt out here and get this job and there'll be plenty-o-road trips. I'm not sure about Creation Northwest (no offense Pete but I don't quite fit in) but when Steely Dan comes through again I'll certainly be there. I'll bet we can get a few other NW Knuckleheads to join us too.
