The only reason I'm letting anyone know about this is because I'm trying to reduce the temptation of doing the stupid thing and buy something I can't afford. I've never seen one like this before. It's ridiculously overpriced, and its got a thumbrest and D-tuner *repeats that to self several times* Somehow I think MusicMan Nut is going to end up with this.

Hey man thats a great bass, but you have to do what you have to do. Do you think you could send some big versions of those pics so I can add them to my colour guide. My email address is [email protected] I would appreciate it greatly.

That red one is WAY overpriced, especially considering the mods.

I know sparkle is hard to come by, but it's still a used Stingray. Jeez. No effin way.

some auctions are just to be watched, only to see if the price ever descends to the reasonable range

I dunno...I don't watch eBay the way I used to a few years ago...I just kind of use it now as a big search engine on pricing trends etc but rarely buy anything there anymore.

I only paid $850 for that black sparkle SR4 and it didn't have a thumb rest. Too bad it's got to go back. :( Oh well. I won't miss it when I order the HSC. :D

I'm with you and OSNoobie on this one, Steve!

Being active on this forum and the Pit makes the buying/trading/selling experience a lot more personal and comfortable than any feedback rating could provide...IMHO.
