Don't recall seeing any EVH in Rosewood. I know the Rosewood Axis was introduced this year at NAMM and later anounced as a production instrument, but I believed it was an original. If there was a Rosewood EVH, I'd wager it was a one-off (there's a few bizarre one-off EVHs out there, including a dano-double-neck). Anyone else know of a Rosewood EVH?mhorse said:There was also a picture posted here on the board of EVH signature MM with rosewood neck and top. If I understand correctly, those were very rare, and now EBMM is reissuing them.

That's my take at it, but I may be wrong.
Ya, that thread is talking about the NAMM guitar from Jan 2005. It says "Wolfgang Registry" on the pics 'cause that's who took and hosted 'em, but there's no relationship between the old EVH sig and the Rosewood Axis...mhorse said:This is the thread I was reffering to http://www.ernieball.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7175&highlight=rosewood
You can't see if it's a EVH or Axis on the headstock, but knob placement suggests it's an Axis, so you're probably right.
