Hi all, as you can see I joined these boards a few years ago, then between bouts of having no internet access and being too busy to devote a lot of time to guitar, never really got around to posting. I'd like to change that now, so I figured I'd introduce myself 4 years too late  (better late than never, right?)

I've been playing MM guitars for about 7 years now- and by guitars I really mean guitar, my CAR silo special, which has absolutely cured my guitar GAS ever since the day I bought it, being as how it is the best feeling, playing and sounding instrument I have ever laid eyes or fingers on. All my other guitars except one (a LP, kept for the visual mainly) have found their way to the music shop to finance amps and pedals to pair up with my Ball.

Anyway, I'll stop my rambling. Just wanted to say hi to the neighborhood and let everyone know another ball fanatic has found his way here, ready to discuss the finer details of the finest instruments ever to be plugged into a guitar amplifier.

Welcome! I second the pics request. Not sure what a Car silo special is? Unless Car is short for Carbon Blue.

Welcome back Shane! I too have recently "rediscovered" the forum. This forum has some of the nicest, most helpful individuals. EBMM must attract the wisest of the guitar / bass buying bunch.

^^^ haha, yes. The pics are coming in 2012.

Yeah, you get a pic of the headstock in 2012, the full guitar in 2016!

Yes, CAR is short for candy apple red.

I'm in harrisville New Hampshire and, because I guarantee you've never heard of it, it's near to keene, about thirty minutes north of the Mass border.

TNT: I was too busy TOO devote time to playing, or guitar things in general- I wish I had been woodshedding for the last few yers, ready to emerge as a guitar god of epic proportions, but sadly a combination of school, work and a loved one's health issues kept me pretty tied up =(.

At the moment my guitar is waiting for a new cream switch tip and some pearloid tuner knobs (been meaning to put some of those on it for ever) and I'll get a pic up as soon as they arrive. :D

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome, never expected two pages overnight!

Alright, alright. I just took these pics real quick to appease you all ;)

As I said, the tuner knobs will be pearloid and the three way switch that's where th tone knob is supposed to be will have a cream knob soon, I'll take some new snapshots then.

The guitars neck has a pretty killer flame (for a neck anyway) that I tried to get in this picture, but it came out pretty bad and didn't capture it to well.

In any case, I have supplied pics, can I join the club now? :D
