I tried to get used to the H-S-H setup, but I am a traditional strat guy S-S-S. The guitar is in great shape...I'm just not using it at this time.

Ah too bad man. You should check out either a Silo Special or an Albert Lee.

They are sweet!!!

Good luck with the sale it should go quick at that price. :)

Beautiful guitar. If I hadn't just purchased a Sub1 off Ebay, I'd be giving it some serious thought. One note: you may want to consider adding "Ernie Ball" and/or "Music Man, guitar" to your description. I have Ebay set up so that I receive an email whenever new "Ernie Ball guitar" or "Ernie Ball Music Man" auctions are added to the site. However, I would have totally missed this auction if I hadn't seen your announcement here on the EB forum.

A couple of questions if you will.

Is the Silhouette equiped with the "drop in" pick guard??? I was at a Mom and Pop today and the salesdude was talking about EB having the capability to drop in pickups /w pickguard with a snap in connector??? Is this the case???

I wouldn't mind trying S-S-S if this doen't sell

Now a question about a neck change...Would it be possible to change to a 22 fret neck or would intonation be impossible?

Thanks to anyone who answers...:D

I dont exactly understand about the pickups, I think EBMM no longer makes this snap connector for silos but dont know exactly

as for the neck I remember that 22 frets is not a possibility, intonation would change,

I'm pretty sure that this functionality was only available for older Silo's, though call customer service and check with them.

The connectors are Molex connectors and they are pretty much like plug and play type connectors. We use them at work, they are nice and rugged and sturdy connectors. They are referred to as quick disconnect connectors.

I'm pretty sure that one of NorM's Silo's has/had these connectors.
