Oh yeah, for sure. Some of his best live tone came from that ebmm and peavey 5150, IMO.

By the way in case you were curious, Im using a marshall class5 volume on 2, with a line6 pod 2.0 in front, set on modern hi gain( soldano) model, with the drive on 10, chorus ver 1 set on 3, with delay and a little reverb. Im not partial to line6, this was the first incarnation of the pod and in my opinion the best most straight forward, yet i have not tried the newest one, but infront of a good tube amp you can use it like a pedal with decent results, i want to get an old peavey 5150 though for my EVH stuff, that would be cool!
