Specials availability in Europe

Hello!

Is there a chance that Specials will be available in Europe again?

I am dreaming of 4-string Tectonic Blue Sparkle.

Ordering from US, Jap, Reverb, Ebay is not an option. I would be $5k with duty and taxes.
