Just received my stereo splitter box from Pete Dubaldo in the mail yesterday:D it's awesome! so much easier when playing my JP6 piezo. It's shiny and black...looks great with my other stuff; so thanks Pete!

actually a question too about the splitter box: is there anything in the splitter box that would increase the signal strength of my guitar? its seems the signal is louder all the sudden. BTW, this is the first time I've used a stereo cable for my JP6. I've changed a few variables as well...could it be that due to both discreet signals coming through one stereo cable there is a stronger signal?, or also due to the fact I've switched my cables that account for some of the signal strength difference that I'm perceiving...or a combination of all?

I think the DuBaldo splitter box is passive, and it shouldn't be boosting your signal.

Perhaps your old way of plugging in somehow reduces the level somewhat?

edit: yeah I don't know about the two outputs. Can imagine that with two seperate outputs, you'd get less impedance on your main output, so it could be louder... GAh..Why did I even bother answering, I don't know what I'm talking about. Sorry, ignore this, carry on!

thought i tasted a hint of unicorn:) It could be that the way i was hooking it up before was actually giving me a 'lesser' signal strength...sounds logical to me.
