I have just purchased, a couple of months ago, my first Musicman SR 5 string HH, with the 5 way switching. I love this bass.
Could someone please explain to this MM newbie about the 5 way toggle switch and what exactly it does in each position. I'm guessing that all the way back would be purely the bridge pickup, all the way forward would be neck pu, and posision 3 would be both pickup, but what about positions 2 and 4.
Please pardon my ignorance on the subject. I have done some searches here and on TB, and haven't gotten much. Thanks.
