Just curious if they changed to a parallel wiring when the switch was made back to alnico. Now that I have a Sterling 5 HH, i'm wondering if I need a complementing SR5HH. a completely different wiring scheme would certainly help justify that "need". :cool:

SR5 HH is all parallel wiring. And yes, you should compliment the Sterling HH with a new SR5 HH, no justification needed!;)

While your at it, the Bongo and the Big Al SSS both have neodymium magnets. Those will compliment your Sterling and Stingray quite nicely.:D

And the Big Al H has a pickup with the best of all worlds, it is probably necessary to get one of those too.
