Hi Guys
I just received an E-Mail from my Dealer, telling me that EBMM decided not to sell the Starry Night PDN to Europe and that my Order got cancelled?
Did the whole Run get cancelled or is it really just Europe, and why?
I was so looking forward to getting my JP soon :(

I'm calling BS on this - there's too many orders in and money already changed hands to pull the plug on this - and this ain't EBMM's first time doing a special run, they've got the process down and distribution network in place.

I hope it's BS. I don't really believe they'd do something like this unless they maybe had trouble with getting the Wood or Paint.
The Instruments are Pre Ordered and already payed, wouldn't make sense to cancel the Orders.

I called Thomann to figure this out, and now they're saying they can probably get the Guitar??
Did anyone else from Europe receive a Mail from their Dealer, about the PDN being cancelled?

Hi Dave1812 -- we sold PLENTY to Europe. Order window was June 1 - June 30, 2016. We even left the window open for a couple weeks after, just to account for stragglers. If the order wasn't placed within the window, being that it was a limited run, we had to cut off orders - as with ALL PDN runs we do. IF Thomann oversold on a particular model, that is most definitely not because we are not selling into Europe. Send me and email with your location and the model you ordered, and we'll see if we can find a dealer with stock! -- [email protected]

A very rare bird is the thread undeletion. But I figured enough people may have seen this thread but not have seen Nathan's response that I would reinstate the thread as an FYI so we don't have a bunch of European knuckleheads freaking out about their order and jamming European phone lines calling their dealers for no reason. :)
