These pix are not great, but I just got a new camera and I'm going to shoot some more and put them on photobucket. Anyway, the bass is great - very nice - honeyburst, matching headstock, rosewood board, black p/g. I like it so much that I'm going to order a fretless HH in tobacco burst. At first, I though it may be a bit neck heavy, but it's actually pretty well-balanced. I'm used to my old Tobias Killer B (pre-Gibson), which is only 8 pounds. The Sterling is about 9 pounds. I have not played it with the band yet - only at home through a small rig, but it sounds great! Popping is a bit tight, but I'll get used to it. I'm also considering getting a Sterling 5H so I won't have any slap style issues.
