I bought a brand jp60 from a guitar center here in atlanta. I have only changed strings on it twice and i take goood care of it....however today when I went to change my low E string the little black looking "hollow screw with a nut ontop" that goes into the neck hole and screwes into the locking tuner to keep it in place has some how broke. Now i dont know if the tech at the guitar shop did it and coverd it up or it or if it was a factory default or what but I need a replacement .....the tuner works fine but the screw is broke...can you guys help me find or tell or get a replacement screw? This guitar center is a little on the it's your problem side and it's and hour away from where I live...please help me i love this guitar....it's just the little hollow looking screw that slides over the locking tuner head and screws into the locking tuner to keep in place on the neck, it has a washer under it......please help. Again it looks like a hollow screw with a nut on top over it and has a washer under it.
The 10mm hex in the picture is what I need
