Question Sterling Discontinued

Just curious about a post I saw on Bass Central’s FB page. States the Sterling along with our Musicman models and colors are being discontinued. Curious if anyone has heard anything? JOSH

That would be a huge bummer but I'm not all that surprised. I don't get the impression that they sell many Sterlings anymore. Love the 3 that I own.

Could also be the Sterling is discontinued because there is a new Sterling Special coming out. Hopefully it is something like this.

I'd be super down for that. I was about to order a pink sterling until I saw it still had the 9v electronics

Lots of SKUs are being "discontinued" (meaning the factory simply isn't accepting new orders for them) along with a ton of new stuff getting released in the future.
