Its an HH but it appears that he is in position 1, which doesnt really help us, as far as HH tone goes.

Very interesting Pete. In the brass world, pedal tones have a slightly different meaning due to the physics involved but if I understand what you are doing I think it still applies. Neat-o. Thanks for sharing. :)

And yes, figgy, that is Pete in the video.
