Help! Sterling neck will not hold adjustment

I adjusted the truss to where my strings are where I want them, and the next week, my strings are laying on the fret board. It appears that my truss rod un-adjusts itself ..... Any suggestions .... Thanks

Change in humidity? Like what happened in California this weekend, that would causes issues with truss rod adjustments.
