Does anybody know any details about the stock pickups in the Sterling Silo30? type of magnet, output, manufacturer (i.e., I assume they're made for Sterling but by who?)? I'm still debating about whether or not to upgrade pickups in this OR my stock '99 MIM strat. If I upgraded the silo's, what would be good options and would that be for all 3 pups or just 1 or 2?
Re setup - anybody know what the ideal pickup height is supposed to be? I've been experimenting a bit on my own but would like to know what is suggested.
Also - any aftermarket pickguards available? I have the limited edition white with white pearl pickguard which I love but just want to know of all options if any. Thinking a blue pearl would be sweeeeeet.
