MY BONGO IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! THE ONLY NON DARGIE GREEN TO COME OUT OF THE FACTORY THESE DAYS I'M SURE. LOL.

I am SO sorry all I have is my terrible cell phone to take pics. To top it off the bluetooth stopped working so I can't transfer any other pics for now and I have to go train a client now. BUT it's not real without photo evidence so here's some for now...

I gotta find someone with a digital camera to take some better pics.

I cannot believe how sexy Stealth Bongos are in person. It's THE sexiest bass I have ever seen! PERIOD. I just can't stop looking at it. It's a totally different beast from other Bongos as far as looks. (And I'm not saying Bongos are ugly, they just look different. ) There's something about the Stealth finish with a Bongo that gives it mammoth sex appeal. And it's sooo light! Thank goodness for that!! I'm gonna let it sit for a couple of days before I try to make any adjustments but truth is, it's playing just about perfect as is. I should've listened to those funk guys at the guitar shop who were tearing it up on Bongos and Stingrays back when I was getting my first bass who told me to go ahead and get a five string from the start cause you're gonna end up with one anyway. So true! :)

THANK YOU POPPA!! THANK YOU GUYS AT THE FACTORY!! THANK YOU STEVE!! AND A VERY BIG THANKS TO JACK--LORD BONGO HIMSELF--FOR HIS EXPERT GUIDANCE IN THE SELECTION PROCESS OF THIS SPLENDIFEROUS BASS!! YOU ARE ALL STUDS!!

Hey, that looks just like my mine! Congrats, man.

I never needed to adjust the action on my Stealth. It was already set incredibly low.

Okay so I cancelled on my client. :p

More fun with the finish. Can you see the bridge? Even the pickup is hard to spot.

Hey guys...what should I use to polish the metal part behind the neck where the bolts are at? Mine looks a bit "swirled up" and since the finish is opaque I don't want to do something stupid.

EDIT--Nevermind! I found this neat little gizmo that came with the bass called a polishing cloth. lol All I had to do was breath hot air on it so it got nice and steamy and buffed it.

Nice looking bass! My single H Bongo 5 showed up from Steve today, too. Yup--Dargie.

I hope yours sounds as good as mine and Gary's. I'm sure it does.

Hey Freddy! We can play pickup hockey with these ginormous heads huh? They are better than hockey stick blades. :p

Grace your bass was the bass from hell and we thank you for your patience. WE were really happy wien it was done. Post some more pics!

Really? Wow. For some reason knowing that my bass was a hellraiser makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :p heh heh

I will definitely post more pics when I get a hold of a good camera. This baby is just too gorgeaus not to. Thanks again for the work of art!
