I love my new Steve Morse Signature Guitar (updated model) but .....the Tone Control came off and I can't find the screw that holds it on. Three questions: Where is that Tone Control in the parts store; What type of screw is used, and What tool will install that screw?
Thanks

So welcome to the forum. Congrats on the Steve Morse, there are many Morse lovers here. Sound like your missing the set screw which isn't any real big deal, you should be able to go to any local hardware store and buy one. All you need is an allen wrench to install it. Unfortunately, I don't have a Morse, so I can give you the information, but I'm sure someone will come along with the correct sizes for both.

Oh and no pictures, not guitar (Hahahahahahaha).

Again, welcome. Glenn |B)

You mean the knob of the tone control?
A few years back in 2015 I modded my SUB1 to a Morse-style guitar with SSS and asked CS about the knobs because I found them nowhere (diameter 20mm).

Answer was: "Thank you for playing Ernie Ball Music Man! The mod on that SUB 1 looks pretty clean! The knobs for the Steve Morse models are custom made for us. We have them available for $8.50 each (part #M05168) + $7.50 shipping in the continental US"
The purchase was not possible for me as I live outside the US.

As a funfact: German dealer Thomann has parts in their own cheap brand called "Harley Benton". They are the closest I could find so far. Harley Benton Parts Dome Speed Nickel

I wrote about this earlier here: Do you like my knobs?
