Off Topic Sticky Threads

Dear mods,

I noticed we currently have 14 sticky threads, which occupies more than 1/3 of the front page. This make reading quite hard, especially on small screen devices such as netbooks. At least three of the stickies deal with forum rules and can easily merged into one. I'd like to kindly ask to consider deleting/merging some of these threads if possible.
