Is the H in the same spot as the single H? And can I get the same tone? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

As far as I know any SR5 has the same spot for the bridge PU. At least on my SR5H and SR5HH there is the same positioning.

According to the official schematics SR5HS's 1st lever switch position is the same as SR5H - coils 1&2.

Yes, the bridge pickup is in the exact same location as on the 5H. You will get the same "bridge parallel" tone, if we are talking about a post 2007 SR 5H.
