Stingray 5 modifications?

So I have this stingray 5 custom in " matte black". It's had lots of play although it still looks fantastic etc. That being said, i was thinking about taking advantage of my local guy and doing some custom mods just to change it up a bit. Any cool suggestions? I have NO ideas! Just anything to spice it up a bit play wise, lookwise, whatever.

maybe try a new pickguard?

or put a really cool sticker on the old one?

beyond that, I like 'em the way they are.

If you don't have any ideas on what you want to do to it, you probably don't want to. Don't just mod for the sake of it!

Black Pearloid pickguard. Thats what I ordered for my black sapphire Bongo, just to spice it up a bit, but still look classy.

I rember a seeing a clear pick guard with 100s of flat-pics on the back of it,(or it might just of been made of em) always thought that that looked interesting but never fancyed trying it it

That is a good suggestion, 'cause right now with this whole black image this bass looks pretty "dead" to me!

Go for some pearloid PG and make this cool bass more alive!

I agree I agree...maybe I am just in a more cheerful holiday spirit this year and the matte black is dampening my mood. Maybe I should just wrap christmas lights on it for now!
