Hey guys,
i love my stringray
and therefore i dont want to crack my nut... ive done it once before on another bass were the strings i put on were just a little thicker than stock.
Does anyone happen to no the lightest gauge and heaviest strings i can put on?
ive got a SR5 '06 so it has the compensation nut? (i think its called that).
Just atm i am wishing to chuck on some DR coated strings but am just a little cautious so that i dont buy them and find that they dont fit properly and/or crack my nut or make an innotation problem, etc.
the DR's are 45 65 (same as stock) but with 85 105 & 125.
Thanks for your help guys!
Also which colour coated you guys rekon i should use (ive got a maple neck and trans orange bass) im thinking hot pink
or the light blue colour...
