Hi All,
Very simple question, if I take the PG off a SR5 is it just solid wood underneath, i.e no cavity or holes etc? unlike when a P bass pg is removed.

The reason I ask is there is a beautiful sunburst one in a local shop, and because I am a sucker for cleanliness of line type stuff I can't help but think that showing off all of the burst (no PG) is the way for me, and hence I will have to go and buy the bad boy!

Many Thanks in advance.

I just checked a picture of one and all the electronics are front mounted, so it should have the cavities like a P, yes.
