Help! Stingray 5 wiring schematic

Hello

I'm Marc from France !
I have a 90' Stingray 5 with a Bartolini pickup and I want to put back the stock Musicman pickup, but I don't remember the wiring schematic !
Could you please help me ?
This bass has volume/3 way selector/3 tone controls/active preamp
The wires on the Musicman pickup are : White/Black/Yellow/Green
