Help! Stingray 5H problem with piezo

Plug it in, switch on, and set a rather low volume. Next, use a toothpick, or similar, to gently wiggle the tiny wires under the saddle. If you get more than very minimal noises you need new saddles installed.
I discovered that if saddles are set reeeally low, too close to the base plate, adjusting intonation can damage those wires. If I want really super low action, to avoid bottoming out the saddles I use a slightly thicker shim to tilt the neck down just a bit.
At some point youll hafta ship it to SLO.

If you know of any local luthier who is exceptional with electronics, go there first. Shipping to SLO can be over $100. Many luthiers are great with wood and with basic simple wiring but "higher" electronics are rare in geetarz so most luthiers are not into it.
Ok, i had free time to get in it 100%. 1th string i have fixed, it was broken wire under the saddle, around 2 cm under. On the end the input of the 5th. string not work. On pcb are small components and something is't right. I have checked all saddels, all ok!
So the problem is on the electronic!

Any ID markings ? The system is a mix of Fishman and EBMM, and I have no idea who supplys how much of it. You should contact EBMM support.
