Stingray Bass cutting out on middle and forward pick up selection

Hi,

My 5 string stealth stingray is loses all volume when on the middle and forward pick up selection. The back one works fine.

Taken it into the repair shop and of course it worked fine. They though it might be the battery terminal so they checked that. got it home and same thing again.

Anyone else had this problem?

its not the lead, amp or battery so I'm a bit at a loss.

Sounds like a problem with the switch, or an intermittent short in the neck pickup or connecting wires... just a guess, though. The active electronics makes it harder to diagnose than passive circuits. Contact customer service, they'll give you a better answer.
