Hello all,
does anybody know out of which material (alloy) the Tune-O-Matic bridge on the Stingray HTs is made of? It's obviously a Tonepros bridge. Tonepros offers the Nashville style bridge with Zamak or Aluminum with Brass saddles. I have two Stingray HTs. I love those guitars but thought, maybe I could enhance the sound even more by changing the bridge because I think it is "only" the Zamak version of the bridge. However, I don't know for sure, hence the question here. I couldn't find any infos on the web so far.
I'm also interested to know which material it is to have a starting point where to go. Aluminum or full brass for examples. If it is the aluminum version (TP6A) I would probably go with a full brass bridge to provide a bit more low mids. Finding a full brass Tune-O-Matic seems to be quite hard tho.
Does anyone here know by any chance?
