Can anyone out there tell me the the type of string that ships on a new 'Ray ... I know they're prob slinkys, but what gauge, and are they Nickel or steel >>>>

strings on a new stingray bass

all 4 string basses that leave the Musicman factory are set up with Super slinky's (.045 - .100)
