After my main bass for many years became (in my mind) unrepairable, I was worried I'd never find another instrument that felt like "home". On a whim about 1.5 years ago, I bought a regular old Honeyburst SR5 HH from the local GC. After a long time trying to tweak it, I finally found a setup that works for me sound-wise. So thank you EBMM for giving me a 'home' again.
For your listening pleasure (or displeasure depending on your taste) here is a video of a band I play in from a few weeks back...

Sounds great, what settings in the SR5 and what setup to get that sound?

Thanks for reading/watching.

jar546 - I ended up lowering the neck pickup flush with the pickguard, while keeping the selector on position 3. Besides that, everything is flat on my bass and amp(depending on the room) except for a slight bump on the SR5's bass control. I try to keep the volume around 50%, but it gets knocked around a lot.
