I saw it today it has a 1,5 cm crack just on the "corner" from the back to the upside.

I bought it new and it has only been laying in its case when not used.
And I havent had time to use it that mouch either!
No extreme weather changes or draft, a steady temperature.

There's also a crackle noise in the battery compartment, it makes the EMG's hum and the tones sometimes get distorted. (not always though )

To be honest, I didn't expect problems like these to emerge on a brand new guitar that have costed me 2 230 $$$.
Not this soon anyway!
Man iv'e only had it for 3 weeks ffs!!

As u all can see I'm frustrated, I've waited a long time to get this guitar, and in all other ways it is god damn wonderful!

Is there a way to get these things sorted out on my Luke, like sending it to EBMM so that thay could fix it?

I know that stress cracks wont "kill" my guitar and that the crackle noise wont either, but i after this short amount of time, they shouldn't be there!
Or what do you guys think?

I've never seen that kind of thing happen to a EBMM...to a Wolfgang, yes, everyone I've seen had cracked. Hmmm. Are you sure it's a crack?

Dude, stress cracks happen to Ernie Balls from time to time. Please don't turn this thread into an anti-Wolfgang agenda.

Victor, can you see if the crack is finish deep or does it extend into the wood? Do you have a magnifying glass?

Also, as SGMan said, EBMM will gladly assist you with this issue.

Music-Guru maybe you should check out the stress-crack threads.
Yes I'm sure its a crack.

KungFu its just a small crack I'm pretty shure that its just in the finish. But its a crack!!
I dont like my new guitar to "crack" u know!

Will EBMM charge for fixing the guitar?
I live in Sweden:( , the shipment costs must be really high i guess.

If there's any EBMM employees surfing around feel free to drop me a mail and tell me a little bit more of what to do.

I would call or email EB directly. They may have a European warranty repair site, rather than having to ship it back to the US.
