This is me Second Music Man JPXI from Sweetwater in two weeks due to issues.. The high E string is almost off the frets toward the higher register.. I've moved the saddles over as far as I can.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.. It would only let me upload one pic for some reason :(

You can try to loosen the neck bolts, pull the neck up, and tighten the bolts again. That way you can re-align it. Or better yet: contact ebmm customer service first.

Be carefull not to over tighten the neck bolts.... you can crack your finish and even mess up your neck plate or screw up the tread in your neck. So dont put alot of force on it. One it stops turning you are good.

What do you mean by moving the saddles? I was not aware of a lateral adjustment for saddles. If there is a way I'd like to know because the same issue is still bothering me even after changing the neck angle.

Thanks for all the advice! Sweetwater saw the pics and is sending me my original JPXI I ordered after they fixed some issues... I will be sending this one back.... I should get some Ernie Ball goodies just for all the hassle ;) lol but out of all the JPs I've played the JPXI just feels right, so I want this guitar only :) great customer service helps any situation! Thanks Sweetwater and Ernie Ball! I'll update when I receive it tomorrow!
