Hi! I bought my guitar 5 or 6 months ago. It is a JP6 in stealth black version. I decided to change strings today but when i started (from the 6th string)... I felt that the new string was "bigger" than the old one so i stopped immediately. This guitar should come with 10-13-17-26-36-46 right? I used ernie ball regular slinky 2221. music man web site says that it comes with 10p-13p-17p-26-36-46 (RPS 10 Slinkys #2240). Is there any difference between the strings I used and the ones that the guitar have from factory? Thank you very much for your help!

The only difference with the RPS strings is they have extra winding near the ball of the plain strings. This is meant to reduce slippage and breakage.

EDIT: It's also possible that your guitar shipped with RPS 9-42 strings. JP changes gauges somewhat often and I know he went from 9s to 10s earlier this year. Personally, I use 9-46 hybrid.
