Hey guys,

I've got a problem with my EBMM Luke.
I bought it last year.. It is a great guitar, fantastic sound.
But the strings keep breaking.
Especially the D string (024) and the B string (011).
I've got no idea what it could be.

Can anyone help me out on this one?

ya probably got a somewhat aggressive right hand ?????

take some 600 grit sandpaper......and sand across the top of the saddle where the string lays from screw to screw...til smooth...then do it again w/ 1000 grit......then apply nut sauce lube on the top where you sanded where the string lays......this slows down the sawing of the string alot......

had the same problem for more than one year on my luke !!!

I changed the saddles for graphtec ferraglide (note string savers, those does not sound) and now I break a string every 4 or 6 weeks while I rehearse 1 ou 2 hours a day ....
