Welcome to the forum, string bending and vibrato is a technique that comes from the player. The lighter the string the easier it will be to achieve those. I would purchase the string based on style of music played, gear etc. Can you give some more info? Electric or acoustic? Country or metal?

practice alot on a guitar w/ 11-48's.
then u will really fly on 9's or 10's when gigging.
a frequent practice rutine directly affects easy string bending. the more u practice ...the easier it gets.
& yea that could be taken as...if u are haveing difficulties bending...then u aren't practicing enough.....
