Hello,
i have a S.U.B and im not sure wether I have to ripp of the plastic of my iron board or leave it on the board, it is getting loose, so is that wrong?

Do you mean the thin plastic covering on the metal pick gaurd? If that's the case then yes, take it off. I believe it's only there for shipping and store use so that it doesn't get scuffed up before someone buys it.

as for the plastic on the ironing board, hell, leave it on! There's nothin' I love more than the smell of melting plastic in the morning!

I still have the plastic on my pickguard, and my bass is nearly a year old...don't want to scratch up the real pickguard since I play with a pick! :D

take the plastic off though
