Well it hurts but I have to let it go. No need for me to describe it other than it's MINT and Un-played. I purchased it just as a collector's item, but I can't afford to keep it if I don't play it so I'm letting her go :(

The pic is crappy, however the guitar is god-like!

Don't be sorry, just buy the dang thing...there's no room for pity, it's your money I want :D

LOL!!!!
Sorry Dude!
I've got my heart set on a Silo. I'm just trying to see what the all dealers have in stock. If I can't find what pleases me then I'll order.
Maybe we should start a Raz Fund!?

I don't like to put prices up there either, until people started complaining that I didn't list how much I was asking for it...lol..

I think people are afraid to buy my guitar cause they think they'll catch sloppy technique or something

Actually I was thinking of something similar...and this could apply to other forum members wanting to sell their guitars, there would have to be some rules in place but hear me out for a sec whilst I 'splain meself...I was thinking of a draw, tickets could be sold for 20.00, let's say, and once enough tickets are sold to satisfy the seller, then there would be a draw to see who won the guitar, so let's say on an Axis that normally a member wanted 800.00 for, you would sell 40 tickets and someones chance of winning that Axis would be 1 in 40, pending EBMM' s official approval of course :D

Naw, If I were to take a guess I'd wager natural finish (don't see alot of em in people's hands), and non-stock pups. Lots of people buy the Axis for "their" tone. Nothing wrong with your price or anything.

Sounds awesome, but who'd handle the draw? Who'd make sure it was legit, etc... What happens when something weird happens, like the same guy wins 3 times in a row or something. I think it'd be nightmare in reality.

We could post the buyers with their respective ticket numbers pre-draw, then somone, like BP or Lucious (oh wait he can't be trusted) can simply print the table, cut it out and throw them in a hat and draw...

story of my life, man...if there's even the slightest chance of me making a 'dumb decision or losing money you can bet dollars to donuts that you'll see me bent over taking it up the what-for....

it's my lot in life...and I wouldn't really consider the duncans a 'dumb decision' cause they kick ass on so many levels with the basswood/maple top that it defies description...

surrreee..I'll get the petrucci on ebay...I can just unload my axis! hah...good one =) now it seems I'm stuck with a MINT axis at a GREAT price with KILLER pups and I'm out about a thousand dollars...

nice =) bitter? you bet...

PM sent, Raz.

But for the record, I don't see why someone would not want to post a price on their ads. This isn't ebay, where the highest bidder gets it. As a seller, you have a price in mind and you should proudly display it.

But I respect your opinion, and thus PM'ed you :)

Check you PM's, and you'll see why I didn' t post a price...because I can't, I just don't know what to ask...I mean I know it's only a SUB 1, and I know these were given away...however I also know that there's only 25 of them out there and for that reason they may hold a bit more value...now do I ask for what I paid...or do I look for more...very, very confusing...and I'm not trying to screw anyone here...if you knew how I am, I consider myself fair when it comes to the value of items...who am I to profit, cause if it was a normal SUB 1 there would be no question as to what I would want for it, however this isn't the case...man I'm FOOBARRED!

Oh and Shredder, count yourself lucky for only being out 1000.00...

No consolation, but if I had the cash right now I'd take it. I'm a fan of the JB and I like the natural finish enough.

it IS a consolation in its own right..makes me think that I'm not the only person who realizes that having a JB in an axis doesn't make it seemingly useless =)

oh boy..i'm so screwed..here comes divorce court....sigh
