SUB 1 Neckshape?

Can someone please describe the shape of a SUB-Neck? Thick? Thin? Like a silo? (Same dimensions) Like a Morse? (same body).
I hardly couldn´t find informations about the SUB Neckshape. The dimensions are:

Scale 25 1/2" (64.8cm)
Radius 10" (25.4cm)
Width 1-5/8" (41.3mm) at nut, 2-1/4" (57.2mm) at last fret

I believe the neck profile of the Sub 1 is similar to that of a JP (Petrucci)
