SUB 1 pickup heights?

Greetings EBMM helper person! Yeah, I know it's Monday morning, but look on the bright side, not only are you employed, you have a great job! I am the very happy owner of a used EBMM SUB 1 (2 pickups). Could you tell me the factory settings as far as pickup heights/distance from strings? And do you set those with string fretted at last fret or not?

Well I took Jammin Jim's advice and e-mailed customer service and got the usual fast courteous response. Bridge is 4/32 from strings, neck is 6/32. My pickups were much higher than that (bought it used). I reset to factory specs and what a difference! Better definition and clarity (to be expected) but sustain improved too. Very nice, thanks!

When I first got mine a found this excellent neck adjustment and setup guide on the forums, can't find it now, but wow it plays nice. In fact, its my favorite guitar.
