Apologies i this has been covered. Had a SUB for a while. I have put heavy strings on it (my preference). The E string is much louder than the others. Before I take my clumbsy digits to open up the pick up and have a look, was wondering if this was a common problem that is easily solved. Have been using compression but it really is LOUD. Am Iusing the wrong strings for example.
