Super Slinky tension question

Hi Arin,

The Nickel plated Super Slinkys have about 4 pounds more tension then the Stainless
version. We are looking into why this is so.

More info to come...

Derek

Guess I'll try the SS version, too. I prefer the lower-tension strings for note-bending.

Thanks for the info, Derek!

Ima big fan of stainless teal strings cuz of the brightness you get :)

So buddy...how bright is "teal"...hehehehehe

Stainless

I like the brightness of stainless... but

I was advised by my guitar repair guy to avoid stainless strings because of excessive wear on the fingerboard.

so i finally got the strings from MF ... problem is im sick and they got delivered to work monday. i was tired of waiting so tonight i went to work when everyone else was gone to get my package.

so i came home, cleaned up Joey, strung her up with SSSS's (stainless steal super slinkys - ssss sounds cool), gave her a setup and hot damn im happy. these strings are awesome.

no more DR HiBeams :) and as a bonus these costs less and my non-ebmm string guilt is over :)
